PROCEDURES FOR SUBMITTING SIGNALS IN RILA MONASTERY NATURE PARK
Violations can be reported in one of the following ways:
In writing, by sending a message to the following e-mail: [email protected] or to the address: Rila 2630, 2 Benkovski St., 4th floor
Orally by phone: 07054/22 - 93;
A personal meeting, requested by the person, with the employee in charge of handling reports at the Rila Monastery Nature Park at a suitable time agreed with him.
The signal must contain the following information:
The sender's three names, address, phone number, and email address, if available. In case the signal is submitted by a proxy, an express written power of attorney should be attached, without notarization of the signature in the original.
Explanation in what capacity, according to the Rules, does the reporting person make the report.
The names of the person against whom the report is filed and his workplace, if the report is filed against specific persons and they are known;
Specific data on a violation or on a real danger that it will be committed, place and date/period of the violation, if it was committed, a description of the act or the situation, and other circumstances, as far as these are known to the reporting person;
List of attached evidence;
Persons who can confirm the reported data or provide additional information;
Date of submission of the report;
A signature, electronic signature, or other identification of the sender.
